Another great recipe that has been shared in our Facebook group yesterday!
This time pitmaster Brett Roman will teach us all how to make PERFECT Grilled Lime Chili Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail Sauce!
Are you ready?
For the sauce:
3 diced Roma tomatoes
4 diced avocados
fresh-squeezed lime juice from 2 medium/large limes
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Horseradish to taste
1 handful of rough chopped cilantro Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix it all up in a big bowl and refrigerate a couple of hours.
For the shrimp:
2 pounds of shrimp
Freshly squeezed lime juice from 2 limes
1 1/2 tablespoons of habanero hot sauce (or your preference of hot sauce)
1 1/2 cloves minced garlic salt, pepper, coriander and parsley flakes to taste.
Let it marinate no longer than 1 hour but at least 30 minutes.
Grill hot and fast on skewers over direct heat a couple of minutes each side until they turn opaque in color.
